Trimax only tbh.. I thought trimax + implate with Ramieri but decided against it.. I actually have a gummy smile and my chin and my jaw are massively recessed plus lip incompetence. So this surgery will kill many birds with one stone.- Hammy

Well, your jaw grows until you are 25 or so.. but I don't think it matters as much although I'd wait until 20 years old at least. Nah IMO I wouldn't do MARPE if I was you..
