In your case can you elaborate on whether it was a clockwise or a counterclockwise movement? Usually SFS entails a CW movement but just to understand. Also in your post scans, was there a mention of the actual vertical genioplasty and by how much? It seems impressive for a 6 mm downgraft.- nerdybuilder
