Went from 130 kg to 75 kg through dieting and training.
At first, my main goal was simply to get as lean as possible. I was eating in a pretty aggressive calorie deficit, doing a lot of cardio, and still lifting weights throughout the process. I definitely lost some muscle along the way, but I was okay with that because getting my body fat as low as possible was my priority.
Once I reached that point, I slowly started increasing my calories and shifted my focus toward building muscle. So rather than trying to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time, I focused on one goal first and then moved on to the other.
One of the biggest challenges after losing that much weight has been the significant loose skin, which is still something I deal with every day. Will have surgery for that eventually, going to keep pushing until that.
