Do you have any functional issues? Overbite? Doesn't look that bad tbh

Mainly aesthetics my bite is normal although I have TMJ but that could’ve been from clenching
From here it looks like a genioplasty case only, but you should get CBCT scans for a better look. Your maxilla and jaw don't look that bad

Downgrown or not depends on your tooth show.

I have really abnormally big lips so it’s hard to tell for me but when I open my mouth a lot of the teeth show
Can you post a pic? but keep it as neutral as possible, relax your muscles.

Your right when I smile as wide as I can it looks very gummy

Wouldn't say "very" especially your front.. Idk if bimax would be good here honestly doesn't seem worth it so far, but again cbct would've been better. Genio alone still seems like a better option to me tbh.

If I was you I'd get a cbct scan and book a consultation with a few surgeons(including Ramieri) to see what they say.

With better posture even more gum is noticeable, but do you think a MARPE expander would be reasonable, I will go get some scans but since I’m 18 is that the optimal age to possibly get a surgery?

Well, your jaw grows until you are 25 or so.. but I don't think it matters as much although I'd wait until 20 years old at least.

Nah IMO I wouldn't do MARPE if I was you..
The thing is that glowup ROI would be kind of low with both IMO. A lot of MARPE results are uncanny too especially when they already had a good tooth show.

I think inframalars + genioplasty would be best for ya.. Also hit the gym and try to bulk up. 18 is the perfect age to start.

Also maybe just maybe just maybe gonions implants.(but I would rather get inframalars and genio first then maybe look into gonions.) You'd get those surgeries much quicker than bimax too, most of the time you need decompensation and it sucks so hard.

Yeah I just want to maximize my looks as much as possible I’m up for any surgery, I’ve already had painful surgeries for my spine and leg after getting injured skiing so pain is nothing new but if bimax or trimax or whatever isn’t worth it for my scenario then I will do the other options, I care about facial harmony the most
