The first one is 19, I promise 🤣 It was taken almost exactly 2 years ago. I haven't even lost any weight. Just hit some gym + the first photo was taken in my phase of (over)using some pills and liquor. I also dyed my hair the blackest black. A few days ago i started reducing my body fat, hopefully i don't lose that much muscle. So curious how i'll end up after the process.

If anyone wants to know - my height is 177 cm and the weight is currently at 85kg's.

While looking at these photos I have a strong feeling i lost 10 years of age in 2 years, but maybe its just me 😂. What do you think?

You definitely look younger, congrats. I'd say get to 80kg and you should be good, just keep hitting the gym and you're going to lose body fat automatically. 80kg at 177 is the perfect weight IMO

My goal for now is to get down to 75kg in order to completely get rid of my facial fat, and then get on a small caloric surplus. Just started training legs btw, my bodyfat is like 23-24% rn, i have no muscles on my legs, consider it

That works too.Yeah legs are important but also don't forget about abs, probably even more important. I started training abs only few months ago despite going to the gym for more than 1 year lol. I feel like training your core helps you lose your body fat much faster.
Plus you don't want a trained upper body and still have a stomach because that's how it was for me, felt demotivating lol I started grinding abs too and it works real good

Would you recommend some exercises for the core/abs? Only exercise i do that somehow works for it are squats

Sit-ups are a huge waste of time from what ive read
