What surgery should I get for my jaw

Goodluck bro which surgery are you getting
Trimax only tbh.. I thought trimax + implate with Ramieri but decided against it.. I actually have a gummy smile and my chin and my jaw are massively recessed plus lip incompetence. So this surgery will kill many birds with one stone.

I still might inquire with ramieri, does he only do trimax and bimax? Also is he based in Italy? I’m guessing the braces they put on you are for expanding the palate

He does implate(jaw implants) and inframalars too. His clinic also does way more. Yeah Rome. Italy.

Nah lmao, braces don't expand my palate. It's about making my bite class 1 to 1 with my skeletal class. I have Class I bite with Class II skeletal.

Alr, also if my side profile dosent look downgrown and my smile isn’t that gummy how is it that my teeth show big downward growth

Wouldn't say they show a big downward growth.. I mean imagine if you actually went ahead with bimax and got yourself anterior maxilla impacted, your teeth would be only half visible when smiling, you don' really want that lol

Lower jaw definitely but not entirely sure if u need bimax or genio. lower could be enough. maybe some mandibular widening (msdo) but u would need to combine that with mse likely so it's not worth the risk

Your chin seems well developed already, I think more definition/height of the ramus, slightly more flare of the mandibular body, and possibly a BSSO if you have an overbite makes the most sense.

Is the MSE risky?
not really risky, but only risky from the aesthetic pov, because a lot of the results can "chimpmaxx" and not really improve the aesthetics, idk I've almost never seen an actual facial improvement from mse,

What surgeries for those other than bsso, I might consider bsso but I don’t really have an overbite
