I had some really bad addiction issues and got myself into a lot of trouble. Honestly, I wasn’t a good person back then. I hated everything and everyone and really didn’t care where my life was going.
At some point, I finally turned things around. To be honest, my faith and the gym probably saved my life.
I’ve been sober since 2018, lost over 150 pounds, and I’m genuinely happier than I’ve ever been. I’ve learned how to actually love myself in a healthy way and be proud of the person I’ve become.
Now I’m a personal trainer, and I get to help other people reach their goals in the gym. If you would’ve told me years ago that this is where I’d end up, I never would’ve believed you.
